Building Filter¶
The Building filter allows you to view results that do not change for the model as a whole. This tends to be total load results along with weather data used during the dynamic simulation.
Heating Profile¶
The total heating load for all zones in the model output to the Result Viewer file. Please note that as this is for all zones in the model this figure will not change then the currently selected output selection is changed.
Cooling Profile¶
The total cooling load for all zones in the model output to the Result Viewer file. Please note that as this is for all zones in the model this figure will not change then the currently selected output selection is changed.
Latent Addition Profile¶
The latent addition load for all zones in the model output to the Result Viewer file. Please note that as this is for all zones in the model this figure will not change then the currently selected output selection is changed.
Latent Removal Profile¶
The latent removal load for all zones in the model output to the Result Viewer file. Please note that as this is for all zones in the model this figure will not change then the currently selected output selection is changed.
Global Radiation¶
The total solar radiation intensity (direct + diffuse) on a horizontal plane. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
Diffuse Radiation¶
The diffuse solar radiation intensity on a horizontal plane. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
Cloud Cover¶
The cloud cover as a number between zero and one. Cloud cover is normally measured in Oktas, where the scale denotes a clear sky with a figure of zero an overcast sky with a figure of 8. In Tas the scale is displayed as an eighth, so 4 Oktas would appear as 4/8 = 0.5. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
External Temperature¶
The dry bulb air temperature of the outside air. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
External Humidity¶
The relative humidity of the outside air. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
Wind Speed¶
The wind speed of the outside air. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
Wind Direction¶
The direction from which the wind blows, in degrees east from north. I.e. 0° is due North, 90° is due east, 180° is due south and 270° is due west. The value is taken from the weather data used in the Building Simulator file.
